Our Partners

Together with our nonprofit partners, SENDD is helping communities across Southeast Nebraska grow stronger. The Southeast Nebraska Affordable Housing Council (SENAHC) has been creating safe, affordable homes since 1993, offering everything from new construction to rehab programs that give families a place to thrive. Southeast Nebraska Development, Inc. (SEND, Inc.) was formed in 2012 to provide flexible, community-driven financing for small businesses and housing projects that might not otherwise move forward. 

Working hand in hand, SENDD, SENAHC, and SEND, Inc. connect resources, partnerships, and local leadership to make lasting investments in the people and places of our region.
